Warranty and Returns
We hope you love your new Prepara product; however, if you wish to return it, please see the below guidelines for more information.
Products Purchased on Prepara.com
Prepara products are covered by a 1-year limited manufacturer’s warranty, which applies only to defects in materials or caused by a manufacturing process or workmanship and if an item has been damaged due to a normal household use and when following the company’s use & care guidelines. Please note, the warranty is not applicable to the damages caused by a user’s error, an accident or a normal wear and tear, such as scratches or discoloration.
If your item is defective or damaged in transit, please contact us upon receipt at info@prepara.com and we will be happy to assist you to the best of our ability with a product replacement or a refund. In your inquiry, please include:
- An order number and/or a receipt.
- Images or videos showing the challenge you are experiencing with the product.
- Your full name and shipping address.
If for any reason you aren't satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days and we will assist you with a refund. Upon inquiry, we require an original receipt and a reason why you are returning the product (we value your opinion). In addition, all items must be returned in their original packaging, and in unused, resalable condition. Please note you will be responsible for a shipping cost. All products need to be sent to:
