Do Prepara products carry a warranty?

We stand by our products with a 5 year warranty. If your Prepara product has defects in materials or workmanship and is non-functional you may send it back to us for replacement. You will need to send us an original purchase receipt and the defective unit at your expense. We will send you a replacement unit. Please contact our customer service team at custservice@prepara.com. You can also reach us by phone at 866.967.2092, Monday through Friday, 7 AM–7 PM PST.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your order within 5-7 days.

 

Do you ever offer discount codes or have sales?

We sure do! Sign up for our mailing list to be notified of any sales.

 

Prepara's products are so innovative and cool. I want to feature them in my magazine/TV show/blog.

We're glad to hear that you share Prepara's enthusiasm for kitchen gadgets. We welcome your feedback on our existing products, services and marketing efforts. But things get tricky when folks suggest improvements or send ideas for new products. Please do not submit ideas to us—our policy does not permit us to accept or consider them.
