Serves 4
Ingredients
1 lime, cut in wedges, optional
Kosher salt, optional
Grapefruit pieces
4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice
3 oz Triple Sec
2 cups ice
8 oz Blanco Tequila
1 oz agave syrup (or simple syrup)
Add grapefruit pieces into Prepara Tastemaker Infuser and fill with tequila. Muddle and let sit for 15 minutes minimum.
Rim glasses: Rub cut lime around edge of glass. Rub rim of glass lightly in a plate of kosher salt.
Add ice, lime juice, Triple Sec, syrup and infused tequila together and shake. Strain into chilled rocks glasses filled with Prepara Tastemaker Ice Balls. Garnish with lime wheel.
