Our twin valve system automatically forces the air out as you push down the lid, and lets you easily pull up and remove the lid. It's so simple-just push down, then pull up; no buttons or levers. Perfect for coffee, tea, dried fruits, granola, herbs, etc.
There are other food storage containers that remove the air but are made from plastic that comes in contact with your food. With EVAK, only glass and stainless steel contact your food. No harsh plastics. EVAK is made from the highest quality borosilicate glass and stainless steel—the parts that come in contact with your food. The handle is made from super strong ABS with LFGB European grade silicone gaskets on the inside.
